Colleen Clark has been practicing law since 1981, handling a variety of civil cases throughout the State of California.    Ms. Clark has tried over 30 civil cases to verdict or judgment. She has been specifically trained in client-centered mediation and the Collaborative Process model (including divorce).  Ms. Clark has extensive experience in handling arbitrations, mediations and trials.  Ms. Clark has also taught at Empire College of Law (1998 to 2002).

Ms. Clark's trial experience gives her the ability to assess the facts and law as it relates to a client's particular situation.  She has represented people and businesses in disputes related to:

  • Property damage losses due to product defect, negligence or wild land fire and water loss.
  • Personal injury cases due to accidents involving automobiles, work sites, and commercial or residential property
  • Construction defect
  • Design professional negligence
  • Homeowners Associations Board of Directors 
  • Neighbor disputes
  • Real estate sales disputes/Rescission of sales contract

Ms. Clark is active in various professional and charitable organizations in Napa County and since 2001, has been a a coach for the Napa High School Mock Trial team as part of the Constitutional Rights Foundation and has accompanied the team to State Championship competition rounds.  When not working with the high school students in the Mock Trial program, Ms. Clark acts as a Peer Court Mentor, volunteers for Legal Aid of Napa Valley and is an event volunteer for Cause for the Paws, Auction Napa Valley, St. Helena Pet Parade and a variety of Rotary fundraisers and events.
