About Us

Colleen Clark is an attorney with more than 28 years of experience in civil matters.  She has handled cases in the court system through jury or bench trials, as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures.  During her career, she has represented car dealers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, land owners, general business owners and individuals.  Those cases have included contract disputes, property damage claims, personal injury claims, collection matters, and construction issues.  

Within Napa County, Ms. Clark also handles family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, changes in custody, support or visitation and restraining order issues.   She also handles guardianships and adoptions. 

Ms. Clark is one of the founding members of Napa County Collaborative Practice Group, which is a group of lawyers and other professionals who support dispute resolution in a respectful, peaceful way and has completed the educational requirements as a collaborative lawyer.

Ms. Clark offers services under both full-service agreements or Limited Scope Representation (also known as 'unbundling').

Ms. Clark was born and raised in Napa County and returned to Napa in 1998.  She has taught at Empire College of Law (1998 to 2002) and has coached the Napa High School Mock Trial Team since 2001.

She has had an office in Napa County since August 2006.  In her spare time, Ms. Clark enjoys volunteering at various fundraisers such as Auction Napa Valley, St. Helena Pet Parade, Napa Humane Society "Cause for the Paws",  Playground Fantastico, Christmas in April (Pasadena), Rebuilding Napa Valley (Napa), Follies du Valle, and various Rotary projects.
